BrightBlue as does not work as is as a masterpage:
- It is previewed/thumbnailed corrected in the sidebar
- clicking on it however changes nothing in the slide

self-assigning for removal of the masterpage for now

root case was a build without rsvg enabled. Using this as a hard dep solves the issue.
