UI Display Problem In This Options Area

There seems to be a minor cosmetic bug in the area where the colors for Oracle Report Builder are displayed.  This has been around for a few releases.  Attaching screenshot.

The code for this tab is in cui/source/options/optcolor.cxx . The positions of the groups are computed dynamically, because most of them are optional, so I guess the problem is some missing offset or something like that. This happened in the past already.
