Is this still an issue for you with version 4? I'm not sure if anyone of the QA testers still have Ubuntu 10.04 as it's several years old, if you're still experiencing it I'll try to get someone else involved who might have answers. Marking as NEEDINFO - if it's still an issue with version 4 mark as UNCONFIRMED, let us know what version and we will go from there. Thanks! Please check the various screenshots attached.
