What file format were you trying to save the file as? Does this same format definitely work correctly locally? I saved it as the normal Writer doc. Yes, locally it works, i use it that way and upload the file with the Windows Explorer. (In reply to comment #2) > I saved it as the normal Writer doc. I mean the writer document format odt > Yes, locally it works, i use it that way and upload the file with the > Windows Explorer. NOT a valid bug report, instruction how to reproduce is missing. @reporter: Thank you for your report – unfortunately important information is missing. May be hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> will help you to find out what information will be useful to reproduce your problem? If you believe that that is really sophisticated please as for Help on a user mailing list Please: - Write a meaningful Summary describing exactly what the problem is - Attach a test kit with sample documents (not only screenshot) or refer to existing sample documents in an other Bug with a link. The test kit should contain source document and result showing the problem. - Contribute a document related step by step instruction containing every key press and every mouse click how to reproduce your problem (similar to example in Bug 43431). It is necessary that we can reproduce your observations only following your steps without any other preparations. – if possible contribute an instruction how to create a sample document from the scratch - add information -- what EXACTLY is unexpected (I wonder how you can know that it's not a FILEOPEN problem?) -- and WHY do you believe it's unexpected (cite Help or Documentation!) -- concerning your PC -- concerning your OS (Version, Distribution, Language) -- concerning your LibO localization (UI language, Locale setting) –- Libo settings that might be related to your problems (video hardware acceleration, Experimental features enabled, ...) -- how you launch LibO and how you opened the sample document –- Whether your problem persists when you renamed your user profile before you launch LibO (please see <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#User_profile_location>) –- Whether that was ok with older LibO Versions -- everything else crossing your mind after you read linked texts Closing Bug due to reporter's inactivity as INVALID due to lacking information. @reporter: Please feel free to reopen this bug if you find out that the problem still exists with the current stable LibreOffice version and if you can contribute requested additional information due to <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> (especially BugReport Details)! |
Created attachment 64195 [details] Picture of the bug, 1st one is from Open Office, second from a PDF print Problem description: I am writing a report for my University. After I saved my report on my WebDav Server and opend it again some of the Math Equations showed only as "Object 23" or any other given number. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a new File 2. Insert Text and many Math objects 3. Save it on a WebDav Server 4. Open it again Current behavior: Some Math objects are not visible or editable, instead there are the borders with "Object xy" in it. Expected behavior: Display a editable Math object Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
