After crashing with spreadsheet and restarting LibreOffice and NOT rebuild the lost sheet, LO opens automaticly Writer not the "menue" or the same type like before crashing (calc->calc, impress->impress,...).

<http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=104567a5340db731f08ee6eef03f0deef9e5118d> "Show backing window instead of empty writer upon an 'empty session'" will change that behaviour in LibreOffice 3.7, showing the "menue" (aka "backing window") instead of a new Writer document in such a case.

erm, the relevant commit is rather <http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?h=libreoffice-3-6&id=4f61c0d2a32a6bfb28ba1c9ad1c00d984462f96b> "fdo#43989: Revert 'win32-dont-attempt-restart.diff: Don't attempt to restart OOo after crash'" (incorporating <http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=b5ad981518f4407243f89507b2561dd0b1ef28ee> "bnc#524250: Show backing component after cancelled recovery"), already fixed for LibreOffice 3.6.1
