Description petri.karkela 2012-08-24 20:30:11 UTC
The original document was done with word and opened in writer. After editing it was saved in word format. It was also saved in ODF-format. After Writer was closed totally and the saved doc file opened the table of contents was missing some lines. In investigation it turned out that some styles of title had the level in style changed to the level of of normal text style (in this document by local name). Also the fields used on those pages for numbering were changed f.ex. instead of having figure=0 they had figure+1 . After correcting those styles on those pages the table of contents was showing correctly. Also the field could be repaired. But if I then saved the document in doc format it was again the same way corrupted when I opened it. The strange thing is that if I open that "corrupted" doc in word it looks perfectly ok.
Also the document saved as ODF is ok when opened in writer.

Does the problem still also persist with the latest release of LO? Without that file it is unfortunately not at all or only very difficult possible to reproduce this issue.
