screenshot of conditional formatting manager, with limits automatically reset to 0 and wrong cell highlighting

Problem description:
the values for the conditional formatting of cells are reset to 0 after closing the document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create conditional formatting rules into a spreadsheet
2. Save the file and close it
3. Reopen the file

Current behavior: the values range for the conditional formatting of cells are reset to 0

Expected behavior: normally displaying previously created highlighting rules

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows Xp, the same file is read correctly under Debian.
