That is the result of dropping --disable-xmlsec . We require nss now, so the build needs to be updated to include these dlls. May be I typed incorrect name, should be "smime3.dll"? Build 2012-10-03 additionally complains missing "liblang-0.dll". No idea whether related to original report or not. Found with unzipped MinGW Master "3.7.0.0.alpha+ [Build ID: 4deb9d4] {Win-x86@7-MinGW pull time 2012-08-31 05:20:19} on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) that a.m. .dll are missing in a.m. build. When I copy dlls from other Master, MinGW build can be launched.
