I have 2 logins on my system an administrator account and a normal user account.  Libreoffice 3.6 starts normally in the administrator account but gives the following error when I try to start it in the normal user account.

Unhandled exception
Invalid registry exception

After clicking the OK button

Runtime Error
Program: C:\program files(x86)\Libreoffice 3.6\program\office.bin

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team..etc

I have reverted to version 3.5 which works with no errors.
