not reproducible with LO 3.6.4.3. (Win7 Home, 64bit), all the sheets started at the position the file has been saved I also can't reproduce this behavior. I see that you're using a quite old version of LibreOffice (3.5.4). The 3.5 branch is EOL (end of life), so I recommend you to install 3.6.5 or upcoming 4.0 version (download here: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/). I mark this as RESOLVED WORKSFORME.
