Hello Sorry but I do not reproduce: in the footer, the paragraphs are hidden/shown when the value of the field changes (with the macro or "manually" by changing the variable FusszeileAnzeigen) Platform: Version 3.6.2.1 (Build ID: ba822cc) & windows 7 64bits Regards Pierre-Yves Well, I just recorded my desktop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RfBU2Hkj0OM&feature=youtu.be You can say it doesn't toggle visibility there. However I noticed that the Word Count changes. Is this a glitch with Linux / Ubuntu / KDE? Ok, I tested it some more. It seems hide paragraph works really - only it's just not being shown (or rather hidden) in Writer. Preview shows it correctly and also printing handles it correctly. So, no idea where the fault is. This can be marked as invalid. When upgrading from Kubuntu 12.04 to Kubuntu 12.10, LO refused to run. I had to remove ~/.config/libreoffice and set all my settings again. However I forgot to uncheck the "Hidden Paragraphs" item in the View menu. |
