Take an Impress document.
Insert a shape, for example a rectangle.
Fill the shape with a gradient, for example "rectangular red/white".
Convert the shape to metafile.
Rotate the metafile by 45°
Notice, that the gradient is rotated too.

Now switch to presentation mode.

Notice, that the gradient is no longer rotated.

Some details to reproduce:

> Fill the shape with a gradient, for example "rectangular red/white".

By right clicking the rectangle > Area... > select "Gradients" tab > rectangular red/white > OK

> Convert the shape to metafile.

By right clicking the rectangle > Convert > To Metafile

> Rotate the metafile by 45°

By right clicking the rectangle > Position and Size... (the topmost menu) > Rotation tab > Angle: 45 > OK

Confirm on Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, with build from tinderbox Win-x86@6, pull time 2012-11-16 23:06:35, core: 4767bbb00dc9eacce6f6d60fd4c55107333cee2d

Also confirm on 3.6 beta 1 on same computer => lower version accordingly.
