This bug has been confirmed by another user, who mailed this problem to me. So I would switch the status to "New". I can confirm the bug. OS: Windows 7 prof. 64 bit LO: 3.5.5. Something has been changed in the behavior of the Report-Builder. The example doesn't work any more, because CHAR(13) doesn't give a linebreak, but CHAR(10) does. When I change this in the query linebreak works also in pageheader and pagefooter. I will change this bug as "Resolved" and "Worksforme" |
Created attachment 67534 [details] Database, which shows the bug. Execute the report. In a query you could create fields, which could show line-breaks in a textbox. I have created such a field and created a report, which should show the content. I could created text-boxes for this content in different sections of the report. When I create text-boxes in a group-header, in the section "Detail" or in a group-footer the text-box would show the right line-breaks. When I create text-boxes in the page-header or in the page-footer, the content is shown only in one line, without any break.
