Changed mime type to application/vnd.ms-excel
This is not a bug; This is because off your 'Cell format'. Your cell's number format = 'date' 'GG//AAAA'. How to solve: right click on cell -> 'Format Cells...' -> tab 'Numbers' -> Category 'Date' -> select the correct 'Format' in the list. As you see here, it's now set as 'GG//AAAA'.
