Problem description: 
When inserting a image on a Calc document by drag and drop it opens Draw instead of inserting. Tested with gif, jpg, bmp and png files.
Inserting this way in the other libreoffice applications have the expected behavior.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Drag an image (gif, png, bmp, jpg) from any folder an drop it on the spreadsheet.
3. Do the same in the other LO applications.
4. The image is inserted

Current behavior: opens Draw

Expected behavior: Insert the image

Platform (if different from the browser): 
OS Windows 7 SP1 x64 LibreOffice 3.6.2.2             
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/22.0.1229.79 Safari/537.4

Issue still exists and can be reproduced for:
libreoffice-3-6~2012-10-19_19.11.54_LibO-Dev_3.6.4.0_Win_x86_install_en-US

Looks fixed to me tested using Linux Mint 17 x64 with LibreOffice Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 2e01d1bc5cd5186973d0451e8e9beaf3a924bcea
