Text Import function should allow to to set the field "text delimiter" to none.
currently only ' and " allowed and this makes impossible to import files were a field has mixed quotes.

a dummy example:
Id,Name
1,Foo's 24" Bars

Same report already answered in AOO Bugzilla.
Feature is there, delete the character in the field.
