Thank you very much for your enhancement request! However, do you mean the feature visible in attachment 54508 [details]? Then the good news are: this feature is already present in LibreOffice! The bad news are: it does not work in many localizations; i.e., the special menu Search item is visible when you set the UI language of LibreOffice to US English (in LibreOffice Preferences > Language Settings > Languages > Language of ... User Interface), but not when you set the UI language e.g. to German :-( If you mean this feature, you can mark your request as a duplicate of bug 43894, which is exactly about that problem. I hope the duplicate will lead some attention to bug 43894, so that it will get fixed some day ... Thank you very much! I never use LO with English localization, therefore never realized that it works there. I use LO with Turkish localization. Then it would be better to continue from the other bug thread obviously.
