Problem description: 

I have several sections in the area of header and footer, anchored on page. I cnnot set the cursor in teh section for editing.

In Version 3.5.4 it works fine!

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
If I want to set the cursor in a section with mouse-click nothing happens. When I do a right click the context menu eppaers an the cursos ist set but not visible. 

Expected behavior:

The cursor should be set an visible for editing with normal left click.
