I do not reproduce with LO 3.6.4.1 and LO 3.6.5.0+ under Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64. MS-Windows crash only ? Anyway, set to new and platform to Windows (All) as the crash is confirmed on discuss@fr mailing list (Seven). Best regards. I just realize that the object icon displays a question mark and not a speaker if you uncheck the "link" option when inserting (see the screenshot attached) This may perhaps help if it's related ...
