Compare screenshots of Draw anc Calc

I found this problem during my research for "Bug 57288 - chart with date and time, displays different in drawing" with "LibreOffice 3.6.4.1 rc" German UI/ German Locale [Build-ID: a9a0717] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)

Steps how to reproduce:

0. Download / Save Attachment 70275 [details]
1. Open document from LibO Start Center
4. single click on chart
   > Control points appear
5. <control+c> for copy
6. Menu 'File -> New -> Drawing'
   New Empty Draw document appears
7. Click on empty Drawing sheet area
8. <control+v> for paste
   > A chart appears
   Expected: looks exactly as in Spreadsheet
   Actual: graph looks completely different, is only a line

Further investigation shows that in the chart there is a third data column, currently I do not know whether that is related to the problem. Date values in Chart are wrong.

Same when you use a Writer document as target and not a Drawing.

This problem does not appear when I insert 2 steps
2. Double click chart so that you get "Edit Chart mode"
3. Click to an empty cell of the sheet to leave the chart

Same with LibO 3.5.7.2, LibO 3.3.3, LibO 3.3.0
But works fine with OOo 3.1.1, AOOo 3.4.1
So this seems to be a regression to OOo

@S.Andreason
Can you confirm my observations with Linux?
do you see a relation to the problem you reported in Bug 57288?

not reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit)

@Rainer: Does this issue still persist for you with the latest release of LO? If not, then I would propose to close this bug report.

Checked with:
LO 4.0.2.2
Build ID: own W7 debug build
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit

Could not reproduce. Chart type is the same.
