Test Calc sheet; copy cells from there

Hi

It seems that merge cell in RTF tables in Writer is broken.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached Calc sheet
2. Select cells A1:E2, copy them
3. In Writer, paste special → RTF format
4. In Writer, try to merge two cells from first column (one with word "opis" with empty cell below)

Result:
Table structure is broken. Second row becomes first one (while first becomes second). Cell with word "opis" is not merged with anything. Instead, cell with word "jeden" is merged with cell on it's left.

I am also attaching screenshot of RTF table in 3.5.6 and 3.6.4-rc1.

I could not reproduce it on 3.5.6. I tried to reproduce it on 3.6.0, but Writer crashes then (maybe this was #50171?). There were some RTF-related bug fixes in 3.6.1-rc1, 3.6.2-rc1 and 3.6.3-rc1 - perhaps one of these introduced this bug?

As temporary workaround, one can paste tables from Calc as HTML.

I cannot paste it entirely in 4.0.

I could not reproduce this issue on LO 4.0.0 on Windows 7 (x86). I mark this as fixed, then.
Problem still exists on 3.6.5 (Debian testing, amd64).
