After each saving, RTF files are getting more and more empty sections added to them.

Confirmed with LO 4.0.0.0 Beta1 under Windows XP and Vista64. Seems to work in LO 3.4.5, so regression.

Normal (Can prevent high quality work if you're using rtf as save as, warnings are given when saving in anything other than odt making sure that users know there could be some issues)

Indeed confirmed with 4.0 beta1, but not on latest -4-0 or master: it seems 00e595fdf19093ff2d9a8a266786b784bb162449 fixed this.
