Description dE 2012-12-12 12:06:20 UTC
Autocorrect only works when you're tying typing fluently. e.g. Automatic word capitalization, auto replace etc... does not work if you've moved the cursor using the mouse to some place else; i.e. it only works after you've pressed space or enter.

So I suggest a feature to force run autocorrect on selected text or paragraph.

such a feature already exists.

1- select text or paragraph containing errors
2- click Format/Autocorrect/Apply

if your autocorrect replacement table has a match for those errors it will correct them.

Does it work for you? Which version, which OS, which toolkit?
Comment 3 tommy27 2013-02-01 18:24:07 UTC
it works using LibO 3.6.5 and 4.0 beta on various Windows systems.

It's not working on 3.6.4.3 on Gentoo.

This bug has to be reported. I'll do that.
