Blank space in the Task Pane after trying to close it

Problem description:

Task Pane is not properly closed after discarding a file close operation.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Empty Presentation
2. Change something in the presentation
3. Try to close Impress. A warning message will appear asking for confirmation before closing without saving your work
("Do you want to save your changes?"
4. Cancel the closing operation
5. Try to close the Tasks Pane.

Current behavior:

The Tasks Pane content is filled with blank content but it is not closed (it's still occupying a great amount of -white- space on the right of the screen)

Expected behavior:

The Tasks Pane is properly closed (it should not fill any space in screen)

Operating System: Ubuntu

Thank you for reporting this bug.

Confirmed with 4.0-beta1 on Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64

I tried to retest it with LO 4.3.2.2.
What do you mean with "Try to close the Tasks Pane" in step 5? What do I have to do?

No answer until 2014 and there is no task pane anymore, it's now part of the sidebar.
