Problem description:

The problem appears to be that it automatically fills the colour boxes on the 'More options...' dialogue with the default colours. These are then saved when the dialogue is closed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter values from -4 to 5 in cells A1:A10
2. Select cells A1:A10
3. Select: Format → Conditional Formatting → Data Bar...
4. Select: More options...
5. Edit the positive colour to light green.
6. Select: Format → Conditional Formatting → Manage...
7. Select the existing conditional formatting
8. Select: Edit...
9. Select: More options... (NB: the positive colour has been changed to light blue)
10. Close each dialogue in turn

Current behavior: The colour of the positive numbers changes to blue

Expected behavior: The dialogue displays the colours as they are currently set (see step 9) and the colours do not change when the dialogues are closed.

Workaround:
Change the colours back to those desired every time the 'More options...' dialogue is opened.
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.0.0.0.beta1
