That display when I try to run the last version:

LO 4.0 b2 works fine.

4.0 b2 shows the same message but works...

Well, they seems to be the same version, actually 

Versión 4.0.0.0.beta2+ (ID de compilación: c5229f497008051b078e9f76e00031dfb3b6f41)

but the other 4.1 seems to be a old one from 2012-12-09

Ok, I have been testing the LO 4.0 B2 and it works fine, but show that message then you start the soffice or any of them, scalc, simpress, swriter etc.

Reading through your comments it seems like you've determined this isn't a bug just a warning. I see the same warning and from my understanding it's to be expected (I forget why). Closing as NOTABUG.

Verified this with one of our developers and seems like this is okay. Thanks for reporting
