Created attachment 72245 [details] Screenshot When I insert a new TOC/Index or edit an existing TOC/Index I see some strange icons above the preview area. It seems that any visible custom icons is rendered above the preview area. Strange behavior as i see no reason for showing these icons. And why only the custom icons? I would prefer to use the space for better stuff like a larger preview or some more relevant content.
