I recently renamed my user config dir to test something, and having started Writer, I got some strange "Add-On 1" toolbar floating around, which makes me wonder because of:
1. Its name - what on earth is "Add-On 1"?
2. Floating - this has never appeared in earlier versions of LibO.
It refers to running some program in Writer in its tooltips.
I'm not sure if it's intended, but it looks strange.
