Hi

Reproduce the fault import:
Step 1:
- Import the attached example2.cdr in LibreOffice
-> The circles does not have the correct positions...

System:
-Windows 7
-CorelDraw X5 15.2.0.686
-LibreOffice 4.0.0.1

- Picture of the failure
- Example2.cdr (original file)
- Example2.odt (imported file)

This one is now fixed in master git of libcdr. I will try to release new version before the 4.0.2 deadline so that this fix can land there.

I tested it in LO 4.0.2.1 (RC) -> works correct.
