1. Launch BSA from LibO 4.0.0.1+ menu 'Help -> Feedback'
   > BSA appears
2. Component = UI, Subcomponent = VIEWING, OS = WIN7
   Expected: Long list of possibly related bugs appears ([1] or [2] or similar
   Actual: only Bug 59449 listed
