I can confirm this under OS X 10.7.5, version 3.6.5.2, indeed reproducible. I see what you mean. The dotted outline of the button following the cursor does give the impression that we can move the icon on-the-fly. (I do that with Eudora, which I still use.) I wonder if it's a half-baked effort or a regression, or none of that. Either way, this seems to me more like an enhancement request, rather than a bug. Since it's the same on Windows, I suspect this is the same for all. So, I'm changing the platform to "All". |
