Side by side comparison of LibreOffice writer document and PDF file open in "Preview" app.

Problem description: 

Libre Office Writer fails to export images to PDF.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new document in Libre Office Writer for PowerPC Mac
2. Insert->Picture->From file...
3. File -> Export as PDF

Current behavior:

Missing images in text document.

Expected behavior:

Images should be there.
              
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 3.6.4.3 release

Thanks for reporting!

Is it possible to create a sample document and attach it to this bug report? Not all devs/QA-members have a Mac PowerPC :-). But we do like to confirm/reproduce this behavior.

Therefore I mark this bug as 'NEEDINFO'.

.odt + .pdf + .jpg from my machine

I've added the .odt + .pdf and .jpg files in the zip archive that result in incorrect PDF output for me.

I am fairly certain this has to do with the way LibreOffice writes PDF's on PowerPC, since picking (in Writer) "File -> Print -> Save As PDF from preview context menu" does work fine. This is the workaround I currently use and may help others, that have the same problem.

It seems I've figured out what was the problem. The .jpg filename contained some accented Latvian chars and also the .jpg was CMYK, maybe that threw libre off. Not exactly sure how it got fixed, since I tried multiple things.
