On pc Debian x86-64 with 3.6 branch updated some days ago, I don't reproduce the crash. Could you retrieve a backtrace by following this link? (https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport#How_to_get_a_backtrace_.28on_Linux.29) Created attachment 74456 [details]
soffice --backtrace log
Here is the trace.
tank171: thank you for your feedback Caolán: bt showing vcl part, one for you? Doesn't crash here, backtrace doesn't help me much. There is that /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgio-2.0.so.0 at the top, so if the debuginfo for glib2 was installed that might help find out a little more. tank171: Did you try to rename your LO directory profile and give it a new try? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) could you give the Ubuntu version? What's your Java version? Did you give a try to LO 4.0.0? (see https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ppa) Yes, I upgraded to 4.0 and it works properly. I have Ubuntu 12.10 and the latest java versions. alright, closed->currentversion then |
