Description Zoltan Laszlo 2013-02-07 22:19:09 UTC
Problem description: parts hanging out of the text box of hanging punctuation characters (e. g. quotes, hyhpens, etc.) in animated texts are cut.

The bug was found in the 4.0.0 release, but the report form did not want to accept the version 4.0.0.3 rc, even though it is on the Version drop-down menu (a bug of the bug report system?).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an empty slideshow
2. Introduce some text
3. Format font to Linux Libertine G:hang=1 or Linux Biolinum G:hang=1 than Change Alignement to justified and turn on hyphenation
3. Apply Custom Animation (any),
4. Start slideshow, see what's happenning.

Current behavior: parts of hanging punctuation characters outside the textbox are cut if animated. If you turn off then hanging punctuation option or remove animation from the text, text appears and animates correctly.

Expected behavior: Hanging punctuation should display unchanged during animation (hanging punctuation should appear 'uncut')

The bug has been reported a long time ago, but it still isn't solved. This is to report, it persist waiting solution.
Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.0.2 rc
