It is the same bug 56730

I reported the bug for LO 3.6.x and it remains unsolved and is now ported to LO 4.0.3. 

Both versions become useless if you need statistical charts with errors. The only solution for me is to downgrade LO to version 3.5.x, at least under Ubuntu 12.10 :-( .

We don't open new bugs that are duplicates just because they still exist on new version. We leave comments in old bugs saying that the bug still exists in version X.X.X.X, we also do not update version number with newer version, it represents oldest version that we see the bug.
