Hi Ivo, cannot confirm on Linux/Ubuntu. I started with a fresh user profile - then changed the template paths: - removed the one to my users profile - added one some other local path - selected that as default - copied some templates to that path - then File > New > Templates - doubleclick (ugh) on folder/placeholder 'Mijn Sjablonen' and the templates are there What is different with your situation compared do mine ? After restarting the computer the templates were visible. So, I have a solution, but there is still some room for improvement ;-) (In reply to comment #2) > but there is still some room for improvement ;-) Which is :)? Did restarting your computer resolve this problem, or was it also due another action? @Cor: as far I can see in your steps, you didn't restart you computer/libreoffice? Just restarting. I didn't had the time to answer Cor's message or to act on his suggestions. And I was away yesterday. I started the computer this morning and the templates were visible. So the only thing I can imagine is that restarting solved my problem. (In reply to comment #3) > @Cor: as far I can see in your steps, you didn't restart you > computer/libreoffice? No, this (...) just worked. So Ivo, OK if we set this to WORKSFORME? Sure, Works for me and I am happy again Thanks for your feedback Ivo. |
