Drop-down box obscures and repositions text area for Question

Per attached screenshot, the drop-down box of suggested duplicate Questions sometimes obscures the entire text area for the user to enter a Question.

If one tries to TAB from the Title field to the Question field, then a very bizarre behavior is exhibited in which the Question field appears to be shoved out of the way to the right, and long lines of text extend off the screen to the right (word-wrapping appears to be disabled).


Workaround:

By tweaking the text in the Title field (e.g. entering "LibreOffic" instead of "LibreOffice"), one may complete text entry in the Question field first, then go back and correct the Title field, add tags, and then submit the form.


Scheduling:

As with bug 60108, I suggest that we punt on this bug until either the end of the week or whenever the Askbot software is upgraded, whichever one comes first.

Works fine with Askbot version 0.7.48/0.7.49
