Before closing the internal links works fine and when reopen doc (word 97 and word 2010 formats) the internal link all default to #_toc39 the table of contents formatting is likewise changed on opening as well.

NOT reproduceable with test document created in Word 2010, opened in LibO and saved again, then opened in Word 2010
