Description matteo sisti sette 2013-02-17 20:12:45 UTC
I opened a .odt file by double clicking on it.
From the File menu, I select "Print", and nothing happens at all.
Tried several times, nothing.

Then I closed and reopened Writer, and it worked.

Hi! I checked on the printing function with LibreOffice 4.0, and 4.1.0.0+alpha, using Ubuntu 12.04. The print dialog appears for me. I don't understand 100% why this happens, but sometimes if you reset the user profile for LibreOffice, when it's acting abnormal, then it will be okay.

You can see a better explanation and find out how to reset the profile on the LibreOffice wiki:

https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

Please note, you should back up your old user profile (name it user-old, or similar) before creating a new profile.

If you try this, and you still experience this issue, please reopen.
