This macro doesn't do anything except clutter the (already ugly) tools/ code :-)

git grep -3 FSysFailOnErrorImpl

and kill with prejudice wherever it's found :-)

I sent a patch to gerrit removing this macro.

After this change, you grep command returns nothing :)
