Some changes to toolbars may be desired on EVERY toolbar. For example, changing from icons (pictures) to text (words). I want to make that change for EVERY toolbar. Currently, doing so requires customizing all of them, one by one, a very tedious process. There ought to be some way to apply a global change to all the toolbars at once.
