I found this problem during my research for "Bug 61841 - EDITING: New Radio Buttons by Copy/Paste will not work in new document". Probably related, but not 100% DUP?

Steps how to reproduce with "LibreOffice 3.6.5.2 " German UI/ German Locale [Build-ID: 5b93205] {pull date 2013-01-18} on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)

1. Open attached Sample document created by copy/paste from Attachment 75944 [details]
   for Bug 61841
2. If necessary, menu 'View -> Toolbars -> Enable Form Controls"'
3. If necessary disable form controls edit mode
4. Try Radiobuttons
Expected: Click alternating should show check-dot always in latest
             clicked button
Actual: Only works 1 time or not at all

damaged.odt is correct ODF 1.2 due to <http://odf-validator2.rhcloud.com/odf-validator2/>.

Still [Reproducible] with parallel Dev-installation of "Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: 61add5c77de1ff963b839020c77f67f14ef07de) TinderBox: Win-x86@6, Branch:master, Pull Time: 2013-03-05_00:20:08" ENGLISH UI / German Locale on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) with LODev/4 Masters User Profile
Also a problem with AOOo 3.4.1

Newly attached document "doesnotwork.odt" Also still not working in master, But works fine with AOOo 3.4.1 !?! Trick thing!

Both documents work fine with OOo 3.1

not reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit)

@Rainer: Does this issue still persist for you with the latest release of LO?

Rainer has retired from the project but I can confirm it's working now on 4.2 master.
