Problem description: 
When I start editing any write document, after use some commands (i.e. tool-table, copy&paste, format some paragraphs) I want to export the doc to the PDF format to see how is it going.
But the command does not work.

When I click on the option from the "file" menu I don't get any response, just doesn't work.

But, if I close and reopen write and use the PDF command it works fine.

Please contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every 
mouse click how to reproduce your problem. The more detailed description, the better chance that it will be understood and confirmed.

marcello: Did you already try, if this behavior is still the same in the latest LO release: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ ?

LibreOffice 3.6.x is in End Of Life state and no answer from the reporter. Therefore marking this as INVALID.
Please file a new report if the problem is reproducible with latest stable version (currently 4.1.4).
