=ROUND(0.491+999999999999, 0) gives 999999999999
=ROUND(0.491+1000000000000, 0) gives 1000000000001 // WRONG

I think is in relation with the size limit of decimal numbers in the application,
please take a look to this thread in ask,

Sorry, but to set the status to NEW, is needed some else different than the reporter verifying the bug.
