In early version,condition formatting has a Shrink / Maximize icon to mark required reference.Now I use Libreoffice 4.0.2.2,the new UI is pretty.But I cannot find the Shrink icon

Is this a misunderstanding from my side, but is this not the icon/button at the bottom of this dialog box since LO 4.0?

Yes it is fixed in version 4.x. See at the bottom of the screencopy, last line before the buttons.
