Same problem. If I copy cells in same sheet or from another sheet the conditional formatting is not coming along sometimes, at other times is does come along. Can't figure out condition that it works correctly, but suspect it is related to the fact that spreadsheet is old and if conditional formats were from old parts of spreadsheet they copy and paste correctly, but not certain hard to reproduce. I'm running 4.0.2.2 in Windows. Please attach sample spreadsheet & instructions to see the problem. Could you retest using latest stable release (3.6.6 or 4.0.3) ?
