Description Amnay 2013-05-01 17:08:49 UTC
The set of special characters "Tifinar" (an African alphabet) is not listed in the special characters subset box of LOwriter and LOweb. Why? The font DejaVu is available in LO and allows to type them. LO should pay this small tribute to the developpers of this free project who try to make all the alphabets and abjads of the world available in word processors. Of course Tifinar can be found by scrolling all characters but this is very slow and awkward.

From what I can tell this has been resolved. Searching google it appears like tifinar is the same as tifinagh (apologies if it's not!) and you can now find the tifinar unicode values under tifinagh in 4.2.4.2 release.

Marking as WFM - if this is untrue please set the bug to UNCONFIRMED and give me a few unicode values of tifinar so I can see what I can figure out. Thanks!
