Hi trevor, you can dock the toolbar in the same position, with/without editing comments to avoid the scroll up/down. (In reply to comment #1) > Hi trevor, > you can dock the toolbar in the same position, with/without editing comments > to avoid the scroll up/down. Just tried "Lock Toolbar Position" on the toolbars visible before Insert > Comment. It doesn't help because the Styles and Formatting toolbar becomes un-locked for Insert > Comment. Or rather a variant of Styles and Formatting replaces the normal one; it is anonymous because right-clicking for the context menu provides no name. Created attachment 78919 [details]

Toolbars pre- and in- Insert Comment
Notice that the toolbars are stacked. Also that the inactive toolbar (Insert Cell) is the one that is moved --- despite it being Locked.

Is this bug still valid / reproducible with the latest pre-release 4.2.0.1: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/ Should this be still reproducible for you with the latest LO release please set this bug back to UNCONFIRMED. Should this issue be solved set it to WORKSFORME. Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDINFO status with no change for at least 6 months.
