If you work with documents that require a lot of small formatting changes (e.g., changing the color of isolated words to from black to blue), then the repeat function that MS Office has is really useful and, with large docs, can save literally hundreds of mouse-clicks and -movements:

- in LibreOffice Writer, I can highlight multiple individual words by double-clicking on them while pressing CTRL and then apply the formatting to all of them at the same time, which is close to nice.
- but in LibreOffice Impress that is not possible.

Again, why can't he have that? Seems like just like PowerPoint was the unloved sibling in Office with much less functionality, Impress is the same for LibreOffice ...

For power users, these are somewhat serious issues, costing many minutes a day.

Set Importance to: enhancement -> feature request
