Hm, the only time I can reproduce this is if I insert a row break and then immediately try to insert another one (which you can't do).

Marking as NEEDINFO - we need more information to triage this, with current information there is no way to confirm nor fix the problem.

Additional information, triaging steps, etc...welcome. If a particular document has the problem every time on a certain row, that'll help if you attach it.

If you can provide a document and/or better/more consistent steps, mark as UNCONFIRMED and we will attempt to triage

Thanks!

I can select Row Break with that file
Tested on LO 4.0.4.1 (Win7 32bit)

Same - because we have two experienced QA members unable to reproduce given the instructions I am marking as WFM.

I do see from the attachment that you have an issue but if no one else can confirm then it's an environment issue.

One suggestion is to reset your profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

If you can reproduce this on another machine or provide steps that others can reproduce we'll go from there but without independent confirmation we can't do much about it.

Thanks for taking the time to report

The reported bug no longer happens in my machine as well. So, I would like to propose it to be closed.
